- 1/2 cup flax meal
- 2 eggs or eggs sub.
- 1 small apple skin on (chopped fine)-more fiber
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon oil or butter your choice
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon or more if you like
1 tablespoon splenda or other sweetner more or less if you like
in his. You could expermint with other fruits just adjust the cooking time,also the calories !!!!!:)
