Salmon Stuffed Celery

          1 15-oz can salmon or 2 vacuum-packed packages salmon
          8 oz softened cream cheese
           Juice & zest on lemo
          1 tsp prepared horseradish
          1Tbsp diced shallots or spring onions
          1/4 tsp salt (opt)
          1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
          1 bunch celery, cut in thirds.


Mix all ingredients except celery.
Chill 4-8 hours. Stiff salmon-cheese mixture into celery thirds and serve. (I used as a dip with vegetables.)Number of Servings: 20
